tl;dr - Rule #7 is new, but it just codifies general socially acceptable behavior, so if we cite it as the reason your pre-existing post gets removed or you get banned, we're not retroactively enforcing a rule you didn't know about. We're just choosing a better option than the unspecified "Other" we've always had, which amounts to, "I'm a mod, and you're a jackass; goodbye."
From time to time, we modify, expand, or add rules based on user feedback, usage patterns, or things that start to annoy us. While mods have broad discretion as long as we act in good faith and don't violate Reddit policies, and therefore we don't have to have a specific rule violation to remove a post or comment or ban a user, it's understandably easier to make posting decisions and report undesireable activity with clear community guidelines in place.
Thus we have a new rule that is kind of a general catch-all for "Bad Behavior and violations not otherwise specified", but there are some specific examples to help illuminate the spirit of the rule.
Actions which make this place less fun:
Depending on what it is and how egregious it is, your post or comment may be removed, you may get a modmail message, or you may get permanently banned on the first offense. The priority is to maintain a safe and effective environment for people who haven't done anything wrong to enjoy this subreddit, so you are not guaranteed a second chance. On the other side, please understand that moderators can only ban an account from posting publicly on this subreddit. We can't stop them from viewing the subreddit or sending you a chat or private message, so please report Reddit policy violations to Admins (not Moderators) and block the individual on their profile page.
Please continue to report rule violations for mod actions. Reporting the post or comment directly is easier to act on than a separate message to the mod team, and for other issues, please use the Mod Mail button.
If you see haphazard enforcement of the rules here at times, it's because there's only one truly noble, stalwart mod consistently keeping this ship on course. Another (that's ME!) occasionally stumbles in sideways, takes down a gazillion posts that do not have a proof photo (PLEASE, for the LOVE!!! Look at all the other posts and just do THAT!), reply to a few modmails, get overwhelmed yet again, and disappear into the ether once more.
I wish you all a safe and enjoyable time here on the subreddit.
Verify your posts. Adding a picture of the actual item you have (and not just promotional materials) with a piece of paper in the photo that has your username on it, so that buyers can verify that you actually have it.
No in use photos. There are great subreddits for that, but this isn't one of them. Someone shopping for sex toys probably doesn't want to see you choking the chicken with a toy you're selling. I understand that maybe that's someone's kink and I'm not trying to shame those people, but just not here.
Hi all!
Unfortunately my eyes were way to big when buying these two toys which is why i am selling these.
Both are in Forge red. Gape Keeper will be 100€. Mare Maker will be 120€.
Maker Maker has been tried a few times, Gape Kepper only two times.
