I'm collecting some stuff mods have said earlier in one place, to make it easier to find, as well as adding some new ones. This isn't the rules as such, more like our clarifications and interpretations of them.

• Don't be a creep. Way too often, I see people asking for pictures when they aren't needed, following this pattern (fictious example): On a post of a bench with a dildo sticking up, someone asks "I don't understand how it works, could you post photos of it in use?". Just don't. There is plenty of porn on the net which you can get without being a creep.
• Be careful about themes around sexual assaults. We know it is just play, but for some people, it's traumatic, so if you have a device named something like "Rape-o-matic 747 XL Magnum", don't put that in the title, and mark the post with a "TW" for trigger warning.
• Photos or videos of nudity or sexual activity is OK, as long as it is within the context of the DIY project. Please DO NOT REPORT these. It adds a lot of work for us mods.
• Selling your stuff is OK, as long as you aren't a full blown business, and it's still DIY level stuff. Please DO NOT REPORT these. It adds a lot of work for us mods. This might change down the line, but for now, it's OK.
• Don't spam. If you do a lot of stuff, feel free to post as much as is needed, but try to keep each build in one post. With "each build", I mean each construction, not every object of that type you build. If you, say, make one collar type, there is no need for a new post for every new color or minor variant you make it in, that can go in the original posts.
• Safety. Safety is important, but it is also a topic of much controversy. People don't always understand what they are doing, especially with electricity, or make too weak constructions, and it's OK to tell them that you think there is a danger. However, we all choose our risk levels, so say what you feel is unsafe, let them answer, and, unless they actively asks for more input, leave it at that and let them choose their own risk level.
• Automod. The automod saves us a lot of work and filters out a lot of spam. However, it sometimes blocks legitimate posts as well. If your post don't appear, don't worry, don't message us, we'll see it and let it through.
• Don't ask for PMs. We are here to learn from each other, if you ask for plans or something, ask openly so we all can learn. The same goes for answers. This also makes it easier for us moderators to ban creeps.

All in all, be nice to each other, be kinky, be tolerant, be helpful. Also, please have patience with us mods, we have a life outside modding as well, so sometimes, it may take a while, but we'll get around to it, I promise.

First of all, it is OK to sell what you make, as long as you actually make it.

To handle a flood of people who just resell stuff, mostly from AliExpress, we now require more DIY content from people who sell.

What we want is stuff like in progress pics, descriptions on how it is made, design thoughts, things like that. Basically, prove that you made it and give some DIY context.

Yes, we know it's a tougher rule than for ordinary home DIY, but we don't want to be an ad billboard for resellers.

We won't nag you, new posts lacking this will simply be removed.

So, gags have been on the soft limit list... Until he decided I was "complaining" too much and he used the dildo to shut me up. I wasn't expecting it, but it was kinda fun, so now we want to explore it more.

I can't stand fabric in my mouth, I already have huge issues with dry mouth and fabric makes it worse. All except 4 of my teeth are actually made of glass so metal or wood isn't an option. Ball type gags hurt my jaw.

I will get the rope from a sex shop, and it's already treated, so it's ready to use right away. It just needs to be cut to length.

How can I treat the ends of the ropes to prevent them from fraying?

Is it possible to burn the ends, use (special) tape, dip them in wax, or maybe something else entirely?

Ive been on this sub a bit and been upgrading my toy/accessory kit over the last year and Ive researched swings/frames over the last year or so. Ive seen people rec different things but recently Ive been looking back into getting one while doing some next level dev work for toys and I saw a great deal for a YogaBody Trapeze for $250 which seemed like a viable idea to kinda start and a great deal.

Nonetheless, I'm a bit wary since its over 9 feet and not adjustable in height and the other issue was force generated. The weight bearing is 600 pounds which is great but my concern was weight. If its just her at lets say 150...if I'm forceful at all-I believe that real weight turns into 2-3x so its more like 450. Not across that 600 pound threshold but if you throw on any of my weight at all (to that total weight number) is where I'd be concerned. Ive heard it recommended but my concern was just the weight bearing. Now because Ive never done the sex on a swing/trapeze thing I dont know what I dont know and how much that is or isnt an issue. Im aware of all the issues with ropes and suspension and what not and not going into this naive though, already on the Duchy.

The 600 pounds thing made me think I could get attached to the stand myself as well and we could go at it and do some crazy zero g inception type shit (lol) and itd be fine since Im only 180.

That doesnt seem the case given though as lets say me and the girl are 330 pounds or so resting, and then we're moving and that force factor sends that weight beyond the limit quickly. Im GENUINELY curious if anyone has used any stand to do that kind of spiderman/inception type sex but it just seemed accounting for weight and force means the needed weight load needs to be high. MUCH higher. I know theres the higher end stuff like the Tetruss Maximus but it also noted live weight at 300 or so.

So Im just curious how people handled that but also wanted feedback between if any of these seemed viable at all. I know there's some main brands here but I also looked a few on Amazon that were height adjustable.

The main things I was looking to do was invert her for 69, so some variations of downward doggy (like shes angled down at like 45 degrees and/or possibly spread eagled from the bed or her legs are attached to the frames with ropes/slings or such behind her. Then, id also like to be able to do almost like the inverse where shes maybe at a 45 degree angle so we can hit her g spot better, etc. I was hoping from some zero g type banging where we're both suspended but Im not sure if thatd be viable for any of these if there was say some vigorous doggy going on or so. Im just a bit wary in general at the force/weight limit and wasnt sure if a yoga swing was mostly fine or if I should absolutely get a sex swing stand instead.

I also wanted to know if anyone has used the yogabody trapeze for sex and if it worked or not. If i pulled the trigger and the more higher end rigs would hold both, I could maybe get one of those later on when I have more experience and confirmed interest under my belt.

TLDR:

• I've been upgrading my toy kit and came across a YogaBody Trapeze frame for $250 — seemed like a great starter.
• It's over 9 ft tall and rated to 600 lbs, but not height adjustable, and I'm concerned about force amplification during sex.
• Example: If she’s 150 lbs and I’m 185 lbs, force from thrusting/movement could exceed that 600 lb limit. The force from her alone isnt the problem but what if i add to that? Take it we cant both be suspended for forecful sex regardless, right? Should it ONLY be her on the yogabody frame mostly? (I'm just wary that even if im not suspended its still possibly be for me to add more weight to that calculation).
• I’d LOVe to do some wild “zero-G” type scenes (think suspended 69, deep angles, etc.), but not sure if the YogaBody or similar yoga rigs are safe for it.
• Looked into higher-end frames like Tetruss Maximus, but even that only lists live use at 300 lbs.

I found a kind of "leg spreader fixation swing" in a porn movie. But of course that term doesn't show any good results on google no vendors, no construction drawings, nothing.

So I am interested in trying chastity (For masculine genitals), but want to try to make something before ordering one and saving myself the embarrassment from my roommates, I have acess to some metal cutting tools and a barely working Resin 3D printer (that I prefer not to use), could you all help me fins some blueprint or simple solution to my DIY want.

So I've been wanting to explore a few kinks. One of them being breath play. I had an idea for a collar that tightens at the push of a button, but couldn't find anything like that online and would probably need to make one myself if I want to experiment with it. I know that I would need to do research on all the necessary safety mechanisms before trying to make one and I'm unsure where to start. My current idea is something that inflates an internal bladder to tighten the collar and a quick release valve with a backup quick release clasp in case of emergency. I would also only test it with someone present for safety. Is this a bad idea, or would it be worth a shot? If it isn't a bad idea, are there other ways to stay safe that I'm missing?
